Timothy Dimoff
Founding Member
Timothy A. Dimoff, CPP, is President of SACS Consulting & Investigative Services, Inc., a high-risk HR and security consulting firm located in Akron, OH. He is a renowned speaker, trainer and a celebrated author of several books, including the popular Life Rage. Tim, a former highly decorated police detective and SWAT team member, is nationally recognized as a leading authority on high-risk workplace and human resource issues, security and crime. He is also a highly respected and sought-after expert witness and media commentator. Tim is an internationally board Certified Protection Professional (CPP); a registered expert with the Technical Advisory Service for Attorneys (TASA); a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS); a member of InfraGard, a joint professional organization between the FBI and security professionals to work collectively against crime, terrorism and to improve educational abilities and knowledge for the private sector; a member of OASIS, Ohio Association of Security & Investigative Services; and a nationally certified ALICE (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate) training instructor. Raymond Dunkle
Founding Member
Raymond H. H. Dunkle, II is founder and President of Red Flag Reporting, an Akron, Ohio based company that empowers employees to speak-up regarding unethical and unsafe behavior in the workplace. Ray oversees the strategic growth of the company having grown it from one client in northeast Ohio to now serving clients in over 60 countries on six continents.
Ray holds four certifications including Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified in Financial Forensics, and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He earned his B.S. in Accounting (magna cum laude) from the University of Akron in 1991 and his Master of Arts in Ministry (with honors) from Grace Theological Seminary in 2015. His occupational and community efforts have earned Ray several awards including the 2007 “30 for the Future” award from the Greater Akron Chamber and the 2016 “Dr. Frank L. Simonetti Outstanding Professional Alumni Award” from the University of Akron’s College of Business Administration.

Amanda Waesch
Founding Member
Amanda Waesch is President of BMD Gateway and is also a member of the law firm Brennan, Manna and Diamond’s Executive Committee, where she serves as the Marketing and Business Development Chair. She operates a national healthcare practice, focusing primarily on healthcare, employment law, corporate law, and healthcare litigation. Ms. Waesch advises all types of employers, in particular healthcare
providers, including, hospitals and physicians, on various matters. She also chairs the law firm's litigation team that is primarily responsible for handling all reimbursement audits and appeals for her firm’s healthcare clients and heads up BMD's Provider Relations, Audit, Appeals and Negotiations Unit (PRAAN) which handles all-payer audits, appeals, overpayments and payment extrapolations. Thom Fladung
Founding Member
Thom Fladung serves as managing partner for Hennes Communications. Before joining Hennes, Fladung worked as a top editor at The Plain Dealer in Cleveland, the Akron Beacon Journal, the Detroit Free Press and the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Fladung is expert at crafting effective messages on hard deadlines as well as quickly evaluating, assembling and disseminating information – critically important crisis management skills for clients facing reputation management issues and breaking crises.
He is intimately familiar with the relentless content requirements of the 24/7 news cycle, and understands the necessity and nuances of communicating on social media platforms, such as Facebook and Twitter.
In his role as a lead editor, Fladung was responsible for multimillion-dollar newsroom budgets along with the management of the newsrooms, including overseeing hiring, career development, performance evaluations, layoffs, union negotiations and more. He also has been responsible for managing the news organizations’ reputations, serving as a first point of contact for customers.
